Intro
Mobile batching system – 4 bins
The mobile batching system is manufactured out of solid steel. The unit comprises bins, belt feeders and a collecting conveyor. It is mounted on a single-axle semi-trailer. The unit is equipped with an approach guard for wheel loaders. The approach guard is installed on one side of the bins. Using two folding sheet steel walls, the approach height is raised to +1,200 mm and serves as an approach ramp after material has been brought in. This enables the easy filling of the bins with stone. Switch cabinet and control cabinet are installed in the unit. Material flow monitor, centring indicator and visual warning signal trigger if there is not enough material.

Advantages: mobile unit for using on any site, ramp included, no crane needed, automatic control, standard with 1 off vibratory at the sand hopper, unit is easy to assemble

Belt feeders


Belt feeders are driven by an inverter-controlled gear motor. The speed control via frequency control. Idler assemblies and guide rollers ensure smooth running of the belt. A material flow sensor signals aggregate shortage.

Metering outputs are graphically displayed as target and actual values on a 17“ colour flat screen monitor. Metering is carried out by inputting a recipe or making a preselection in tonnes or manually.

System control functions
  • Real time representation of the metering with graphic and alpha-numeric control of the target and actual value on the colour monitor.
  • Recipe creation and selection, balancing with daily, monthly and annual logs as well as parameterisation are carried out on the monitor.
  • Recipe input, changing the base parameters and pre-input of up to 10 customer orders which can be input and changed during production.
  • Customer orders can be interrupted and others brought forward whereby remaining volumes can be saved and called up again.
  • Time-delayed switching on and off of the individual bins
  • Statistical long-term data collection of the individual components
  • Documentation on the hard drive with data back up on CD
  • Uninterrupted power supply
  • Modem connection with remote diagnostics
